Al HAI Al TAQFI PROJECT NIZWA-SULTANATE OF OMAN

SATELLITE TOWN JHELUM

Project Description

Satellite town Jhelum was project launched by PRD Private Limited. It is first modern housing scheme in Jhelum. It is located on main G.T Road between Jhelum and Dina City. Punjab University Jhelum Campus is situated in front of this housing scheme. Total area of Satellite Town / City Housing is 4348 Canal of land.

Project Description

MAKKAH CITY HOUSING PROJECT JAPAN ROAD ISLAMABAD

Project Description

Al-Makkah City is located on Mehfooz Shaheed/Japan Road in CDA Zone V, Islamabad. It’s adjacent to Gulberg Town, DHA Valley, Jammu Kashmir Co-Operative Society, Jinnah Garden, Navel Anchorage, Parliamentarian Enclave, Uswa Cadet College, Lahore University Islamabad Campus and OPF Valley. It possesses the most prime location of twin cities and is a home to major roads that provide connection to Islamabad Highway, and just stone throwing distance from Kahuta/Sehala Road.

Project Description

The Project was basically to design and Construct Housing Complex with all type of Residencies, Club House, and Water Pond Parks. The Project encompasses 2-Kanal DG residency, 15 Marla residencies for Directors and Deputy Directors, 10 Marla residencies for other staff, Rest house with adjacent club house Sports facilities including but not limited to tennis courts, children playground, a community park, swimming pool and jogging track.

Project Description

Elite Estates Private Limited (“EEPL”) desired to develop a residential community to be located in the western part of Capital Territory, Islamabad at 7-Km Motor way link road adjacent to Sector H-17. Elite Estates Private Limited have secured a prime piece of Land measuring 5,685 Kanal and area in process of Project Development. The Project is a golf sided community, a mix of state-of-the-art Residential, Commercial, Corporate units.

Project Description

The Project site is located at National Highway N-5 Sahiwal comprising an area of almost 19 acres.  The client intended to plan services area on this site, at which drivers and passengers can rest, eat, or refuel without exiting onto secondary roads.

 

GOLF CLUB IN “MULTI RESIDENCIA & ORCHARDS MULTI PROFESSIONALS CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY (MPCHS)

Project Description

The Project Site is located at Multi Residencia Farm Housing Scheme, a Farm Housing Project of Multi Professionals Co-operative Housing Society (MPCHS).The Total Area reserved for Golf Course is 142.85 Kanal. The Client was committed to develop an international Golf course having amenities like Club House, Multipurpose event Hall etc.

 

OPF HOUSING SCHEME ZONE-V ISLAMABAD

Project Description

Overseas Pakistani Foundation (OPF) developed a housing scheme comprising an area of about 5000 Kanals (625 acres) located at 25 km from zero point in ICT (Islamabad Capital Territory) Zone-V, Islamabad. The purpose to develop a well-planned housing scheme containing all the basic civic amenities for the Pakistanis living abroad fulfills their aspirations. Land Measuring 218 Kanals land has been earmarked in the approved Master Plan for the establishment of commercials at OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V, Islamabad.

 

LANDFILL SITE AS LAKE ADJACENT TO FAZAL PARK KHANEWAL CITY, DISTRICT KHANEWAL

Project Description

Creation / Development of Parks and Play Ground is the need for providing health/exercises facilities along with heath environment/ entertainment facilities to local public and better living standard to residence of the city by the improvement of fresh environment facilities in the city. As there was no prominent recreational facility for the residents of Khanewal City at public level.  Hence Local Government of Khanewal Decided to establish a lake on near about 7.25 acres of Government land adjacent to the existing Fazal Park. It was a project for providing health / exercise facilities along with healthy environment / entertainment facilities to Local Public and to provide better living standards to the residents of the city.

 

LINEAR PARK DESIGN AT BARA KOH, ISLAMABAD

Project Description

The Linear Park Bara Koh is a public green space park running along the vicinity of Bara Koh. Linear Park aims to introduce an element of serenity to the urban rush. The walkways are ideal for both pedestrians and cyclists, with lots of shade and pause points. Outdoor seating further adds to the pleasure of utilizing this space.

 

ECO-TOURISM IN SOON VALLEY AT KHABBEKI LAKE, KANHATTI GARDEN AND UCHALI LAKE

Project Description

The Soon Valley Tourism Development Project as undertaken by Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab for the preservation, development and beautification of Soon Valley aims to promote tourism in valley along with other supporting interventions without compromising the environmental and social values and the well-being of local people.

 

OLIVE NURSERY AT JHELUM-A PROJECT OF USAID
PUNJAB ENABL ING ENVIRONMENT PROJECT

Project Description

USAID PEEP awarded a Project to Sheher Saaz (Pvt) Ltd. for establishment of certified olive nursery in Jhelum. The Overall Goal of establishment in Jhelum District of Potohar region is to promote the awareness among the community about the value and importance of planting olive trees in for economic gains through sustainable agro farming practices and to become a hub of private olive farming extension services in region.

EXECUTIVE CLUB HOUSE IN MULTI PROFESSIONAL COOPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY

Project Description

MIAN MUHAMMAD BUKHSH TRUST (120 BED) CHARITABLE HOSPITAL AT JHELUM HOSPITAL JHELUM

Project Description

In realization of the community health needs, MMBT conceived to develop 120-beds, not-for-profit hospital to serve the rural population of Jhelum Plains. Construction of Bukhsh Hospital is underway since 2010. Infrastructure of First Phase of the project, comprising 55 beds, and spread over five floors has been completed.

 

REGIONAL POLICE OFFICE SHEIKHUPURA

Project Description

This project consolidates several services previously widely dispersed throughout different offices in a new and efficient building complex. The strategic challenge of the design was to bring together disparate services in a convenient, one-stop service model, while retaining the autonomy and security of certain functions such as police services.

 

OMAN SITE OFFICE BUILDING COMPLEX AT SULTANATE OF OMAN

Project Description

The whole building complex was designed on concept of zero net energy (ZNE) concepts to significantly reduce energy use by incorporating energy-efficient strategies into the design, construction, and operation of new building and undertaking retrofits to improve the efficiency of Office building.

 

BUKHSH ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES SCHOOL JHELUM

Project Description

In order to overcome the education needs of surrounding rural areas of Jhelum, Mian Muhammad Bukhsh initiated the project of Allied health Sciences School in Jhelum.  The Project Building comprises of an area of 28145 sft. and ground plus four floor including Administration Department, lecture Rooms, auditorium, library, Cafeteria, Rooftop Garden, labs, Demonstration Rooms, Common room for Boys and Girls.

 

LABOR CAMP IN DUBAI MUNICIPALITY

Project Description

The Project is basically to plan and Design a labor camp on an area of almost 21624 Sqft. To provide residencies to 1200 labors having occupancy of 6 persons per room with all allied facilities like dining room, Gymnasium Parking area and kitchens etc.

Project Description

The building comprises one basement and ground plus four stories on a covered area of 39150 sq ft. The whole Plaza is designed on concept of zero net energy (ZNE) concepts to significantly reduce energy use by incorporating energy-efficient strategies into the design, and construction.

Project Description

SheherSaaz is rendering Architectural Design, Project Management and Construction Supervision of Zamurd Plaza Commercial Center at Jhelum. The building comprises one basement and ground plus four stories.

 

 

JOHAR TOWN COMMERCIAL CENTER LAHORE

Project Description

Sheher Saaz is rendering Architectural Design, Project Management and Construction Supervision of Commercial Center at Johar Town Lahore. The building comprises one basement and ground plus four stories on a covered area of 2040 SFT. The Commercial Plaza  consists of 03 storey providing office space and support facilities including a prestige bank branch, rooftop restaurant, executive suites, basement parking levels and leisure facilities.

 

CIVIL LINE COMMERCIAL CENTER JHELUM

 Project Description

The building comprises one basement and ground plus three stories.having total covered area of 460 SFt. These balance public access with security requirements to create a multi-functional facility that serves as both a public and semi-public and event space.

Prefab houses were the at core of calculating financial feasibility; providing housing to the poor.  A study was conducted by M/S SheherSaaz to explore the public satisfaction with Daewoo urban bus service, and suggest potential improvements in Daewoo Bus service and for whole public transportation system.

Project Description

The Islington Urban Design Guide (IUDG) is a supplementary planning document that provides design principles and standards for the whole of the borough that expand and provide further detail to the core policies in the council’s emerging Islington Local Development Framework (LDF), the Islington Unitary Development Plan (UDP) 2002, and the London Plan 2004.

TOWN CENTRE REGENERATION OF WALTHAMSTOW TOWN CENTRE LONDON

Project Description

The project aimed to making interim police frame work for Walthamstow Town Center. The Project was initiated by Transport for London. This Policy Document  sets out how we plan to achieve growth in our eight largest town centers to make them even better places to live, work and have fun.

he Project was to Study to evaluate street safety and make a comprehensive guide. To increase safety and comfort in the area, the SFMTA is proposing a range of bicycle and pedestrian safety improvements along the corridor and some side streets.
